How We Minister
Our Monday Meals ministry has opened doors for us to form meaningful relationships with many of these men and women who live and work right here in our area. When accidents happen and prayer is needed, they know they can contact us for support and encouragement. Our goal is to share the love of Christ with workers at the port and help to connect them with area churches.
Monday Meals
Monday Meals is our primary focus of ministry to Port Workers. Each Monday local churches partner with us to provide a free meal for port workers in the area. Lunch is served at Texas Port Ministry from 12pm - 1pm. Prayer and a short devotional message will be shared during the meal. There is no charge for the meal, but donations are accepted.
Personal Prayer
Port workers are encouraged to leave prayer requests anytime. We maintain a prayer request book in our chapel where these requests are recorded and prayed for.
